There are variety of Eidolons in this Aura Kingdom Online (which I think, an idea to keep us playing. It was hard to even get one - except the FREEEEEE~). There are different ways to get or to obtain these Eidolons. You can search them from Adventure Encyclopedia (book icon) on the map side.
Crafting Eidolon Fragments is not included in the book. So, here we go.

* Ancient Eidolon Fragments
* Tokens (Tokens can be earned by doing any dailies that provide it like fame quests, dungeons etc)
* Eidolon's Soul Boxes
* Gold
* Medium Experience Crystals (I usually go to Triatio Highlands to find this)

* Travelling Merchant Dora in Ventos Prairie (X: 592, Y:462)
* Travelling Merchant Savi in Rainmist Reach (X: 543, Y:444)

EIDOLONS THAT CAN BE CRAFTED (?)
* Eligos
* Bel-Chandra
* Yarnaros
* Bahadur
* Tigerius Caesar
PRICES
* 1 Ancient Eidolon Fragments = 30 Tokens
* 1 Eidolon's Key Fragment = 30 Ancient Eidolon Fragment + 1 Eidolon's Soul Box
* 1 Eidolon's Soul Box = 2G 500S (25G for 10)
* 1 Eidolon's Key of Gaia = 10 Key Fragments (Total : 3000 Tokens) + 20 Medium Experience Crystals + 5G
Step by step~ (ahem, without full interface)
[1] Be sure you have enough tokens, exp crystals and golds.
[2] To buy Ancient Eidolon Fragments, you will need to go to Navea and head over to The Military Hall area where the pink-purple icons are located like the picture below. These icons represent each class Master (NPC).
[3] Go and talk to any of the NPC. I choose Katrina and just skip the conversation~~~ 
[4] I crop Katrina's name!? Please pardon me. Click "I want to exchange Tokens for items".
[5] And the store interface will popup. Again, sorry I skip a step (I should let you guys see the price). Make sure the NPC has the same icon as the icon I highlighted with red. Shift + Left Click to buy in stack. 30 Ancient Eidolon Fragments are the max you can buy at a time. You can have as many as you want in your backpacks as long as you have enough spaces.
[6] When you click OK from above picture, this will come out. Just click OK to proceed. See 300 Tokens per 30 Ancient Eidolon Fragments~
[7] And now, you will need the Eidolon's Soul Box. I choose Bel-Chandra since I don't have her at the moment. You will need to go to any Merchants that I mentioned above and buy any Soul Box that you need.
The interface for fusing 30 Ancient Eidolon Fragments with it's Soul Box into a single Key Fragment. I forgot to print screen and I had to print screen (a new one) to prove it. 
[8] Ta-da! Now you have a Key Fragment of your preferred Eidolon! Repeat any step where necessary. 
[9] All you need now is 20 Medium Experience Crystals before the Eidolon can be yours~ Here the interface. It will charge you 5G!
